Shipping Information
We make it easy to get your dresses delivered quickly and safely worldwide. Shipping prices are calculated based on your order's destination.
International Orders
Here's everything you need to know about our shipping options and policies for international orders.
- Shipping cost is included in the cart and checkout pages, unless specified otherwise.
- We ship via DHL, and costs are calculated based on your destination's DHL zone. You can view shipping rates for different countries by changing your selection on the country-selection page.
- You get to track your order in real time by using a direct link to track your package on DHL's website.
- You'll be notified via email if there are any unexpected delays with your shipment due to weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and will be collected by DHL or customs officials upon delivery.
Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia
Orders to Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia ship free of charge using an alternative carrier.
- You'll receive status updates for your order via the email address provided at checkout.
- Taxes and import fees are determined by your destination country.
- Free shipping to Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia is available because we use an alternative carrier instead of DHL. If you prefer DHL shipping to these countries, please contact us for pricing information.
Processing Times
All orders are processed, at most, within 1-2 business days -- often times faster. Once an order has been processed, you'll be notified via email.
The shipping date depends on whether you've requested extra modifications to be made for the ordered product. Custom dresses, compared to the one's we already have in stock, will have to go through manufacturing and will, naturally, take longer to reach the shipping phase. You will be kept in the loop as your order transitions from one phase to the other by receiving frequent updates via email.
